I have been with BT Broadband now since last May and I tell you what they have been brilliant on offering a service. I have never had down time or problems with the service until…. LAST NIGHT.

I am not going to moan about this as I really am surprised with the service I thought that I would have more trouble than is worth with BT but I have a great service.

Anyway ….

BT Broadband went down last night and I was without service for about 24 hours until today. The only problem was that when I rang through to find out my status of the line they said that my service was fine and I must of not been using the internet right.

I am a SEO programmer, I spend more time on the internet than a new user to facebook.

I was that taken aback by it that I could not come back with a response and I just said thanks and bye. I think that this is more of a fail from me as I was not ready for a one liner like ‘I think your not using the internet correctly’.

Anyway the good news is that the Internet works again.
